Restart, Orientation and Arriving

The New Placement is our method to support successfully and experienced managers in their reorientation. Our consulting services aim to provide you with possibilities to take on a new, appropriate manager task. Therefore we see this as a positive situation and as a true opportunity for change.

1. Guiding Conversation

Getting to know each other for a successful support requires honesty, acceptance and trust. A first interview clarifies all questions, wishes and concepts. It also gives a perspective of the approach and opportunities.

2. Analysis

Part 1

In a personal conversation your curriculum vita gets a personal note. You and the consultant reflect the content and the way it is presented. In doing so, we analyse your professional experiences, abilities and competences.
Furthermore, we talk about your current situation and work on a new view of this situation as a positive opportunity for a change in your life.
We complete the definition of your position by spending time in getting to know your driving motivations.
In this first phase, you will recognise that the pre-occupation with yourself and your own resources lighten up your situation. Personal trainers would say: "It's easier to cope with your current situation."

Part 2

The development of personal strengths, special knowledge as well as life motivatorsn and performance motivators are used for the determination of career prospects. This work also helps with the development of initial definite goals.

3. Focus

Knowing yourself helps you to focus while searching for appropriate vacancies and to do a profound market analysis including the selection of concrete target companies.
Additionally, we work together with you on your existing network. Every contact can be useful, even if it was not activated for a long time. We advise you on how to make it work.
Afterwards we will define the next phase.

4. Activities

We can assist you with your job application and develop drafts for outstanding employer’s references. We advise you on advertising and train you on individual, effective self-marketing. Furthermore, we simulate job interviews (Here we pay attention to psychology of conversations, negotiation tactics, body language, mimic and gestures). These training conversations can be recorded and post processed optimally.
We send your documents to potential new employers. During the time of consultation you can revert to our individual coaching or check and discuss potential position proposals with your consultant.

5. The Post Support

After your successful placement, we remain your key contact personduring integration stage.
