Guidelines for the daily cooperation in our company

 

We live our credo “Bringing people together, who belong together”. 

By our actions we are realising our ideals of humanity between the priorities of efficiency, professionalism and success. Everywhere, where human communities are working together, conventions emerge, which regulate the terms of coexistence and cooperation of people. In our company and in our work with clients the human individual is always in the centre of our focus. Therefore mutual respect and confident relations are very important for us. We want our services to be on par on our ethical, social and ecological behaviour.

Our action is liable to established law and, even more, our employees are encouraged to ask themselves the following question, when difficult decisions have to be made:

1. Is my action legal?
2. Does my action meet our ethical values and guidelines?
3. Is the decision not influenced by personal interests? Would it bear public scrutiny?

Only if all questions are answered with „yes“, we consider the decision to be ethically correct and hence conform to the standards and guidelines of the HSP Competence Network.

 

Dealing with our clients and affiliates:

By our action we show involvement for involved people.  

 

As personnel consultancy we stand and fall with the contentment of our clients.

Therefore we are trying to organise our working processes in respects of a maximum of transparency and are attaching great importance to a responsible handling of personal data. Especially in times of progressing global connection of communication media, absolute discretion is of high interest for all involved participants. In the faithful treatment of our fellow humans we assign special value.

Hence, our process of proposition does not just start anonymously with the assignment and does not end with the signing of a contract either. Instead, we envision us as companion for our clients and we and our employees want and have to meet this role. Every human being is unique to us and this also implies that we have to take their individual wishes and requirements into account and those we want to meet. The continuous cultivation of contacts and the fair dealing with our social environment is an integral part of our daily action.

In the process of the casting for a vacant post we are always striving to create a win-win-situation for all participants. Our employees are therefore encouraged to conduct an exact analysis of the circumstances to find a matching solution which meets our own credo: to bring those people together who really belong together. Our employees and partners are instructed to observe the maxims of accuracy and clarity in the presentation of our consulting services as well as in the customer acquisition of assignments. Thereby confidentiality in the course of performing our services for the customer is our prime principle. We are focussed on a strategy of sustainable development, because we are not longing for quick profit, but for the establishment of a grown network of contacts in the long term. In doing so, we commit ourselves to honest interaction with our clients, employees, business partners and other organisations or institutions, unless the confidentiality of personal data remains untouched. In our communication – inwards as well as outwards – transparency and integrity come first.

The employees of our company are not allowed to use information for their own personal benefit or the utility of any third parties, if the information is not known in public yet. Our employees are liable for the responsible dealing with confidential data and have to observe relevant laws and obey contractually fixed instructions. These confidential data include personal data of our clients, technical data, financial data, operating data, customer information, memos and miscellaneous information referring to the business of our company and its operational activities and plans for the future. Personal data of natural and (as far as statutory equivalent) juridical persona can only be surveyed, processed, or utilized in respects of the particular allegations.
